9. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Atria Real Estate Group, you agree to the following terms regarding our text messaging program.

9.1 SMS Program Description

Atria Real Estate Group offers two types of SMS messaging:

• Transactional messages: Appointment reminders, property viewing confirmations, showing schedule updates, document signing notifications, closing process updates, and responses to your inquiries.
• Marketing and promotional messages: New listing alerts, open house notifications, market updates, price reduction alerts, neighborhood insights, and seasonal real estate tips.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Transactional messages are sent as needed in response to your requests. Marketing messages are typically sent 2-4 times per month.

9.2 Consent and Opt-Out

SMS consent is not required to purchase any goods or services from Atria Real Estate Group. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

9.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Atria Real Estate Group is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving text messages.

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and compatibility with your mobile device.

9.6 Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

9.7 SMS Data Privacy
